Rates & conditions

Terms and conditions

• Rates are per night for four people.
• For every additional guest, we charge €35.00 per night.
• Starting from the winter season 24/25 the additional price for the guest are €40.00 per night.
• For the final cleaning we charge an additional fee of €100.00, which is already included in the offer rate.

Tourist tax

Rates do not include the tourist tax, amounting to €2.50 per person per night (guests under 14 years are exempted), to be paid locally at the time of departure.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our apartments.

Arrival and departure

On your arrival day, our apartments are available for you from 3 p.m. Please check out by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Duration of stay

You are free to choose the duration of your stay. During festive periods such as Christmas and Carnival and during the summer holidays, priority will be given to weekly bookings. A 10% supplement applies for short stays (less than 7 nights).

Payment

A 30% deposit is required within seven days of receiving the booking confirmation and is to be paid either by bank transfer or credit card. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice. Invoices may be settled in cash (euro payments only, limit is €4,999.99), by EC card, or by credit card.

Cancellation policy

Reservations may be cancelled at no cost within 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Your deposit shall be reimbursed in full. Cancellation fees amounting to 50% of the booking rate apply for cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. In case of cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice, and in case of no show, the booking rate shall be charged in full.
