Due to its altitude between 1,800 and 2,250m, Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm is one of the ski areas in South Tyrol with guaranteed snow. Thanks to the size of Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm and the ski connection to Val Gardena/Gröden (one single ski pass for both), this ski area is one of the largest throughout the Dolomites, with 175km of slopes.

Skiing is always fun here, even with icy temperatures, as the sun shines all day long (when the weather is fine, of course).

Cross-country skiing on Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm

Cross-country skiing lovers can choose from 80km of trails of different levels of difficulty between 1,800 and 2,200 metres above sea level. The length of the trails ranges from two kilometres for beginners to the 15km-long “Jochloipe” trail, which is the longest on Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm. All trails on Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm have two or four tracks and are also suitable for skating. Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm, in South Tyrol, offers the right trail for all tastes. While cross-country skiing on Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm, you can enjoy the marvellous expanses of Europe’s largest high Alpine plateau and the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage up close. Sassolungo/Langkofel, Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel, and Sciliar/Schlern are all within reach.
